12 Days of Fitness – Terms and Conditions
Three (3) 2023 Hollywood Athletics Club members stand a chance to win a Prize: Hollywood AC Tracksuit, Hollywoodbets Durban 10km Race Shirt, Hollywood AC 2024 membership & license and 32GI powerpack (valued at R1000).
To enter, Hollywood Athletics Club 2023 members are required to run at least 5km’s every day for the 12 days the competition is running and post their running times on to the Hollywood Athletics Club Strava profile or post and tag Hollywood Athletics Club on Facebook and/or Instagram with the hashtag #HollywoodAC12.

Winner to be announced on 14 December 2023.
1. The competition runs on 01 December 2023 – 12 December 2023.
2. A person can enter by following the challenge rules found on the Hollywood Athletics Club Facebook or Hollywood Athletics Club Strava page.
3. This competition is only available to 2023 Hollywood Athletics Club members.
4. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
5. Entries are limited to Hollywood Athletics Club 2023 members who are paid up and in good standing.
6. Skipping any of the 12 consecutive days or failure to upload on one of the available platforms every day will make the entry null and void.
7. Draw to select the 3 winners will be done by one of the Hollywood Athletics Club Team Support Office team members and will be supervised by an internal auditor.
8. The prize will be arranged by Hollywood Athletics Club Team Support Office team members.
9. Winner to be announced on 14 December 2023.
10. The winner will be notified and announced via Hollywood Athletics Club Facebook and Instagram and Strava.
11. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywood Athletics Club may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b. to receiving communication from Hollywood Athletics Club’ sponsors and partners,
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
12. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
13. Hollywood Athletics Club and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywood Athletics Club or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywood Athletics Club or its authorised agents.
14. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
15. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
16. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywood Athletics Club (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
17. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Strava.
