Comrades Marathon 2018

Hello Hollywoodbets Athletics Club,

To those who ran Comrades 2018 a huge congratulations. It was a very successful race for the club. We had an increase in runners from 33 to 85 for the 2018 down run.

We had a total of 65 runners complete this years race with the following medals;

Wally Hayward x 1

Silver x 5

Bill Rowan x 9

Bronze x 26

Vic Clapham x 24

 

1^st Male Fanuel Mapamura in 16^th overall in 5h56

1^st Female Jade Heffer 556^th female in 9h52

 

Scelo Ngobese commented, “Thank you Hollywood AC family. You made this possible for me and your support was so amazing. To our fellow runners well done for going out there and showing the world what we are made of.”
