Elite Athlete Time Trial – @Hollywoodbets Greyville Racecourse

Saturday the 10th of October, 2020, our Elite Team got together for the first time since the lockdown. We met at Hollywoodbets Greyville Racecourse under cloudy skies and little to no breeze. It was fantastic to see the team proudly wearing their tracksuits and ready for a great run.

It was great to see the team engaging and chatting after not having seen each other for a long time. They warmed up together and it was evident that spirits were high!

And they are off! The Hollywoodbets Greyville racecourse is 2800m around the inside on the tar road and does have a slight incline and decline at the furthermost corner of the course. I was amazed to see up close these athletes pushing themselves and really letting loose.

The time trial was 10km and it was great to see the team are still fit and fighting and ready to race!

After the time trial it was great to hand over to the team their next few months supply of Best4Sports Supplements. The Hollywoodbets Athletics Club is grateful for the relationship that was established with Best4Sports and we look forward to taking it further with them.

We will be looking to host these time trials more regularly and will keep everyone informed about the dates and times!
