Hollywoodbets Durban 10km – Term’s & Conditions

Customers stand a chance to win double tickets (non-refundable/non-transferable for cash) to the Hollywoodbets Durban 10km race valued at R250 and a 1x Sportsman Warehouse voucher worth R500.

To enter the competition, customers must comment, like, and share the competition post from the Hollywood Athletics Club Facebook page. Customers who tag a friend and their friend’s comment on the original post on our page stand more chances of winning.

The winner will be announced on 31 August 2023.

1. The competition runs from 21 August 2023.
2. The competition ends on 30 August 2023.

3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.

4. A person can enter by commenting, liking, tagging a friend, and sharing the original competition post on the Facebook page that can be found on the Hollywood Athletics Club page.

5. This competition is only available to clients that are based in KwaZulu-Natal.

6. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.

8. Entries are limited, the customer’s first comment will be taken as an entry anything thereafter will be null and void.
9. Draw to select the winner will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team members and will be supervised by an internal auditor. The prize will be arranged by Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team member.

10. Winner will be announced on 31 August 2023.
11. The winner will be notified via Facebook inbox and will be publicly announced on the Athletics Club Facebook page.

12. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywood Athletics Club may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receive communication from Hollywood Athletics Club’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

13. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.

14. Hollywood Athletics Club and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywood Athletics Club or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywood Athletics Club or its authorised agents.

15. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

16. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.

17. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywood Athletics Club (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

18. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.

19. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
